Work Permit Consulting in Poland

Navigate your path to legal employment with confidence.

Looking to work in Poland? We provide expert consulting services tailored for Turkish professionals and companies seeking to secure work permits in Poland. From identifying the correct permit type to document preparation, employer coordination and approval follow-up we’re with you every step of the way.

What our service includes

We help determine which work permit is appropriate (e.g., Type A for employment with a Polish employer, Type C for intra-company transfer, other types) based on your role, employer and employment contract.

We assist you and your employer with submitting accurate applications, compiling necessary documents (contract, employer details, qualification proof) and checking labour-market test requirements where applicable.

We monitor application timelines, coordinate with Voivodeship offices, ensure compliance with updated rules (including new online submission requirements) and advise on renewal when needed.

If you qualify to work in Poland without a traditional work permit (for example via certain residence permits or EU status), we evaluate this possibility and advise accordingly.

There are several types of work permits in Poland, depending on the type of employment and the status of the foreigner:

Issued when a foreigner works in Poland for a Polish employer based on an employment contract or civil-law agreement.

For foreigners who perform management or board duties (CEO, Managing Director, etc.) in a company registered in Poland, and who stay in Poland for more than 6 months in a 12-month period.
